We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was close to the holy mosque and there was a bus stand right nearby. The staff was exceptionally polite and helpful, especially Mr. Liyakath who went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The hotel offered various amenities such as free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV in the room. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a cozy sitting area and a dressing area. The restaurant had a wide selection of delicious food, and the buffet breakfast was a great way to start the day. we were impressed by the excellent service and facilities offered here.

The hotel's location is perfect for those visiting the nearby holy mosque, with several transportation options available, like the close bus stand and SAPTCO bus stand. the room and bathroom were clean, and the service from the friendly staff was exceptional. The hotel offers an excellent shuttle service to the mosque as well.

The breakfast options were limited, with no Asian restaurants nearby, leaving little dining variety for guests.

We enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel, just a short bus ride away from the holy mosque. The location near Abdulaziz tunnel and the bus shuttle service were convenient. The hotel manager, Mr. Abbasi, was exceptionally helpful and polite. The room was spacious and clean, and the aircon worked well. The hotel staff were friendly and efficient. The price of the hotel was reasonable compared to nearby options.

Although the transportation to the nearby attraction was convenient, the walk from the hotel to the attraction was quite long. the hotel faced ongoing construction work, which caused some inconvenience during the morning hours.

Thanksgiving stay

Spacious rooms and comfortable beds were the best aspects of this hotel. The bus service provided by the hotel was convenient and helped us reach the famous mosque without much hassle. the free tickets for the bus offered by the management was a pleasant surprise.

The construction going on in the hotel caused a lot of disturbance, at times, it was too noisy to bear. Sadly, there were no complimentary drinking water bottles in the rooms, and we had to buy our own.
